A neuroaffirming course exploring how hormones impact ADHD in women, with insight, compassion and practical support.

Hormones play a powerful role in shaping the ADHD experience for women, yet this connection is often overlooked or misunderstood.

This 2‑hour online course offers a compassionate, neuroaffirming exploration of how hormonal changes across life stages can impact ADHD traits, emotional wellbeing, energy, focus and regulation.

Together, we’ll explore key hormonal transitions including puberty, pregnancy and postnatal periods, and (peri)menopause, and how fluctuations during these times may intensify ADHD challenges or shift how symptoms present. The course blends clear psychoeducation with practical, low‑demand ideas to help you better support yourself through change.

Delivered in a small, supportive online group, this session offers space to learn, reflect and make sense of your experiences without pressure to speak or share.

What you can expect:

  • Understanding how hormones interact with the ADHD nervous system

  • Exploration of puberty, pregnancy and (peri)menopause in relation to ADHD

  • Insight into emotional, cognitive and sensory changes during hormonal shifts

  • Practical, compassionate strategies to support yourself through transitions

  • A calm, judgement‑free, neuroaffirming environment

This course is suitable for women who are diagnosed, self‑identifying or exploring ADHD.

Burnout is often misunderstood, especially for neurodivergent people.

For autistic people, ADHDers, and other neurodivergent adults, burnout is rarely caused by “doing too much” alone. It is more often the result of long‑term mismatch between a person’s nervous system and the demands of their environment, compounded by masking, sensory overload, unmet support needs, and chronic pressure to keep going.

This 2‑hour online session offers a compassionate, neuro‑affirming understanding of neurodivergent burnout and, importantly, what actually helps to prevent it.

Grounded in clinical experience, current understanding of neurodivergence, and real‑world practice, this session goes beyond basic self‑care advice to explore why burnout happens, how it shows up differently for neurodivergent people, and what genuinely supports recovery and sustainability.

This is not about pushing harder.

It’s about creating conditions where neurodivergent people can exist, work, and live without constantly running on empty.

What makes this session different:

  • Neuro‑affirming, not deficit‑based

  • Grounded in real clinical experience, not generic wellbeing advice

  • Focused on systems and environments, not just individuals

  • Practical and reflective, without being overwhelming

  • Compassionate, validating, and realistic

This session is suitable for:

  • Neurodivergent adults (including autistic people, ADHDers, and those exploring their neurodivergence)

  • Parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people

  • Mental health professionals, educators, and support workers

  • Managers, leaders, and HR professionals supporting neurodivergent staff

  • Anyone wanting a deeper, more accurate understanding of neurodivergent burnout

A small, supportive online course for women exploring or living with ADHD, delivered over two relaxed Saturdays.

Each session offers practical tools, gentle guidance, and opportunities for reflection and optional sharing in a calm, judgement‑free space. You’ll connect with others who understand your experiences, explore new ways of understanding your ADHD, and leave with strategies you can return to in your own time.

A Psychoeducational, Neuroaffirming Space

This is a safe, relaxed, and friendly online group space, designed to be fully neuroaffirming.

We value the way your brain works, rather than focusing on “fixing” or “correcting” you. The course blends gentle psychoeducation with practical strategies, reflective exercises, and optional peer sharing.

You’re welcome to join with questions, curiosity, or simply to listen and absorb. There is no pressure to speak or participate beyond your comfort at any point.
