Neurodiversity Coaching - ADHD & Autism Workplace Support

Access to Work Funded ADHD Coaching, Autism Workplace Support, and Neurodiversity Coaching Across the UK

You may be successful on paper but exhausted underneath it all.

You may spend huge amounts of energy masking, over preparing, overthinking, or trying to keep up with systems that do not fit how your brain works.

You may have reached burnout more than once while still appearing highly capable to everyone around you.

Many neurodivergent people are navigating workplaces, expectations, and professional environments that were never designed with them in mind. Over time, this can lead to ADHD burnout, autistic burnout, chronic overwhelm, executive dysfunction, anxiety, exhaustion, and a constant feeling of trying to keep up.

Neurodiversity coaching offers a different approach.

It is not about “fixing” you or forcing you into rigid productivity systems. It is about understanding how your brain works, recognising your strengths and challenges, and building sustainable ways of working and living that actually fit you.

I offer specialist neuroaffirming neurodiversity coaching, ADHD coaching UK, autism coaching UK, executive functioning support, and workplace wellbeing coaching for neurodivergent adults across the UK.

Support is available privately or through Access to Work funded coaching.

What Is Neurodiversity Coaching?

Neurodiversity coaching is a supportive, practical, and collaborative process designed to help neurodivergent people better understand themselves and navigate work, life, and wellbeing more sustainably.

Sessions may focus on:

  • ADHD workplace support

  • Autism workplace support

  • Executive functioning coaching

  • Managing workplace overwhelm

  • ADHD burnout and autistic burnout

  • Emotional regulation

  • Workplace communication and relationships

  • Confidence and self advocacy

  • Prioritisation and planning

  • Workplace stress and adjustments

  • Time management for ADHD

  • Boundaries and sustainable working

  • Reducing masking and people pleasing

  • Leadership support for neurodivergent professionals

  • Building systems that work for your brain rather than against it

  • Workplace adjustments for ADHD and autism

  • Reducing the impact of executive functioning difficulties at work

This is a neuroaffirming and trauma informed space. There is no judgement, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to become “less neurodivergent”.

Who Is Neurodiversity Coaching For?

I work with adults who may identify as:

  • Autistic

  • ADHD

  • AuDHD

  • Dyslexic

  • Dyspraxic

  • Sensory sensitive

  • Neurodivergent without a formal diagnosis

I also support people experiencing:

  • Burnout

  • Workplace overwhelm

  • Executive dysfunction

  • Difficulties with organisation or time management

  • Emotional exhaustion

  • Confidence difficulties

  • Problems sustaining work demands

  • Challenges navigating professional environments

Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent professionals, healthcare staff, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, carers, and individuals in high responsibility roles who have spent years masking or over functioning.

What People Often Leave With

People often come to coaching feeling exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things that appear manageable for others feel so difficult to sustain.

The aim is not perfection or constant productivity. It is creating ways of working and living that feel more manageable, sustainable, and compassionate.

People commonly leave coaching with:

  • Greater confidence and self understanding

  • Reduced overwhelm and burnout

  • More sustainable ways of working

  • Improved boundaries and communication

  • Better understanding of energy and sensory needs

  • Practical systems that are easier to maintain

  • Increased self advocacy at work

  • Reduced shame around productivity struggles

  • Improved emotional awareness and regulation

  • Support that feels validating rather than pathologising

  • Greater confidence requesting workplace adjustments

  • Improved workplace communication and functioning

Why Work With Me?

I am a Mental Health Nurse Consultant with extensive experience across mental health, neurodevelopmental services, safeguarding, workforce support, leadership, complex systems, substance misuse services, and trauma informed practice.

My approach combines clinical understanding with genuine compassion.

I understand that many neurodivergent people have had difficult experiences within education, healthcare, workplaces, or traditional coaching environments. I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, regulating, and realistic.

This is not corporate performance coaching.

It is thoughtful, compassionate support grounded in neuroaffirming values, trauma informed practice, safeguarding awareness, and real world understanding.

Personalised Neurodiversity Support

Unlike larger coaching organisations, support is provided directly by me. This allows for continuity, flexibility, and a genuinely relational approach where support can adapt to your individual needs rather than following a rigid coaching model.

There is no call centre, no scripted process, and no pressure to fit into standardised approaches that do not work for neurodivergent people.

I aim to make support feel human, calm, practical, and genuinely collaborative.

You do not need to mask, perform, or explain yourself perfectly here.

Is This The Right Support For You?

Coaching is most effective for people looking for practical, reflective, and collaborative support around work, wellbeing, organisation, confidence, executive functioning, and sustainable functioning.

If you are currently experiencing acute mental health crisis or require intensive therapeutic intervention, more appropriate specialist services may be recommended alongside or before coaching support.
