A Psychoeducational, Neuroaffirming Space

This is a safe, relaxed, and friendly group designed to be neuroaffirming. Where we value the way your brain works rather than focusing on “fixing” or “correcting” you. Each session blends gentle psychoeducation with practical strategies, optional peer sharing, and reflection exercises. You can come with questions, curiosity, or simply to observe and absorb. There is no pressure to speak or participate beyond your comfort.

Themes That Flex With the Group

While there are six core areas typically covered, the themes are flexible and guided by the needs of the group. This ensures that every session is relevant, meaningful, and responsive to participants’ experiences. Whether the group wants to explore executive functioning, relationships, self-care, or identity, each week is adapted to reflect what matters most to those attending.

What the Group Does

  • Offers practical, low-demand tools and strategies to try at home

  • Provides time for optional peer sharing, connection, and support

  • Creates a calm, non-judgemental environment where curiosity, self-compassion, and personal growth are encouraged

  • Encourages reflection and self-awareness through prompts, exercises, and discussion
