Lunch & Learn Sessions

Lunch & Learn sessions are designed to bring meaningful, evidence‑informed conversations into the working day in a way that feels accessible, human and immediately useful. These sessions create a safe, reflective space where teams can build understanding, confidence and compassion around mental health and neurodiversity - without jargon, judgement or overwhelm.

Typically delivered online or in‑person over 60 minutes, Lunch & Learns work well for whole organisations, leadership teams, HR, wellbeing leads and staff networks. Each session combines clear psychoeducation, real‑world examples from practice, and practical strategies that participants can apply straight away.

All sessions are:

  • Trauma‑informed and neuro‑affirming

  • Grounded in clinical experience and current evidence

  • Practical, reflective and discussion‑based

  • Adaptable to your organisation’s context and needs

Topics include:

Menopause and mental health at work

Exploring how menopause can impact emotional wellbeing, concentration, confidence and identity at work. This session supports managers and colleagues to recognise signs of struggle, reduce stigma, and respond with empathy and practical adjustments.

Neurodiversity in the workplace

An introduction to neurodiversity‑affirming thinking at work. We explore different ways brains work, common workplace barriers, and how inclusive cultures benefit both individuals and organisations.

Understanding ADHD in adults

A clear, compassionate look at adult ADHD, including attention regulation, emotional intensity, overwhelm and burnout. The session focuses on realistic adjustments, strengths‑based support and moving away from shame‑based narratives.

Autistic experience at work

Centred on lived and clinical understanding of autism in adulthood, this session explores communication differences, sensory needs, masking, fatigue and belonging at work, alongside practical ways teams can create safer, more inclusive environments.

Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Understanding burnout as a nervous system response rather than a personal failure. We explore early warning signs, risk factors in modern working life, and what supportive cultures can do to prevent ongoing harm.

Stress and overwhelm in modern working life

Looking at why so many people feel overwhelmed, this session explores pressure, pace, cognitive load and emotional labour, and how individuals and organisations can respond more sustainably.

Boundaries without guilt

A compassionate look at boundaries, people‑pleasing and fear of letting others down. Participants gain practical language and confidence to protect their wellbeing while maintaining healthy working relationships.

How to have supportive conversations at work

Designed for managers, leaders and colleagues, this session builds confidence in starting and holding supportive conversations about mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing, without feeling like you have to ‘fix’ everything.

Masking and the cost of coping

Exploring the hidden effort many people expend to appear ‘fine’ at work. This session examines masking across neurodivergent and mental health experiences and its impact on energy, identity and burnout.

Psychological safety in teams

What psychological safety really means in day‑to‑day work. This session focuses on trust, power, vulnerability and culture, and how small shifts in behaviour can help people feel safer to speak up, ask for help and be themselves.

What organisations gain
