Get to know Becky

Hi, I'm Becky👋 an experienced mental health nurse, and Mum to 3 boys. We are a neurodivergent family and also have a dog! 🐶

A couple of days a week I work in mental health for the NHS and I offer independent mental health sessions around that (because I absolutely love what I do and really enjoy working directly with people!).

In my previous NHS careers I have been a national mental health clinical advisor to NHS England and The Department of Health, a specialist nurse consultant, a manager of a child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS), and a specialist nurse in a wide range of settings.

I love being outdoors, and can often be found at festivals or camping throughout the summer.

I am genuinely passionate about good holistic mental health care and have been privileged to work with thousands of wonderful people over the last 20 years whilst developing my expertise in mental health and neurodiversity.

I have trained in a wide range of evidenced based psycho-therapeutic approached, and work in a holistic and collaborative way.

I adopt a neuro-affirmative and trauma-informed approach, concentrating on creating a secure and open space that acknowledges and honors individual differences. I provide fully customised and evidence based mental health support designed to resonate with the unique needs of each person.
