Individual/Family Sessions
Initial Assessment and formulation appointment
Prior to your assessment (if appropriate) you will receive an online link to complete a GAD7, PHQ9, and CORE10 assessment. These are assessment tools which look at your current levels of anxiety, depression and distress.
At your assessment appointment, you will have a structured conversation with Becky to explore your current strengths, goals and difficulties. Together you will explore why things might be difficult, which might include looking at past experiences.
Following your assessment appointment, you will receive a detailed email/letter summarising the assessment and making personalised recommendations for resources and/or therapeutic interventions which may be beneficial for you.
Becky will make recommendations for you based on the current NICE treatment guidelines as appropriate.
Please note, there may be times when recommendations of other services or approaches may be made as appropriate.
